Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a twelve-step program for people with problems related to food, including but not limited to compulsive overeating, under-eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or overexercising. Anyone with a problematic relationship with food is welcome, regardless of the specific behaviors involved. Our collection includes OA-approved literature, daily readers, and workbooks to support members at every stage of recovery, from those just starting out to those maintaining long-term abstinence.
