We are committed to providing you with the best service available in the industry!  We know these gifts are to celebrate you and your loved ones. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible at the best rate.   

There are some things to note...

Orders received before 2 pm will most likely ship the same day (unless they are out of stock and we can't get a hold of you for a substitute,  bling coins which may have to be made.)  However, we can't guarantee it - but we succeed 99% of the time.   

We offer several shipping options for all budgets and services.  Please select the best option for you, noting that Choices does not manage the process; therefore, we make no warranty on any delivery times or services, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have USPS or other providers.  

You can provide insurance if you'd like it.   

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.  (If you put in a PO Box and we don't catch it, it will go out and be returned to us. We will not reimburse you for those errors.)    

FedEx is closed on Sunday here. Therefore, any OVERNIGHT, 2-Day, or 3Day FedEx Options get to FedEx on MONDAY.   If you order on Sunday  - it will NOT get there by Monday.  If you need it by TUESDAY and order on Sunday, you MUST order OVERNIGHT Shipping for it to get there by Tuesday.  If you have any questions, call us.  If after hours, use the CHAT button for support.

USPS standard shipping for up to 11 ounces.  

Estimated delivery is between 3-7 BUSINESS days. Tracking is provided.   Sometimes it could take longer, so if you are cutting it close for an anniversary date, please choose Priority USPS service or FedEx.  There is no recourse for lost packages.

USPS Priority Mail:  

The best option for expedited service is between 2- 5 business days, depending on your location.   USPS says they will refund up to $50 if they admit responsibility for a lost or damaged package - but we have yet to succeed in getting one!  Customer must file their claims directly with USPS for lost packages.

This is your best option for getting your package on an "almost' guaranteed schedule (almost bc there are rare times when they miss a delivery time due to weather.  They will not refund on those occasions...but it is scarce.)  

We will need to receive your order by 1 pm.  If you order after 1 pm, we will try our best to get it out the same day but can't 100% guarantee - (however, 95% of the time, we do!)   FedEx does not offer weekend shipping on these services.  If you need weekend delivery, call us for a price quote (not all areas offer weekend delivery.)

International Shipping via USPS.

This is a great price. Unfortunately, it is NOT excellent service.  There are many caveats - it is not guaranteed delivery; only sporadic tracking once the package leaves the USA; delivery time can be between 4-8 weeks; if the package is lost, USPS will not reimburse you nor take any responsibility.  Choices are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.    

If you make an error on the shipping address and it is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will not refund the shipping cost. However, we will refund you the item. (DHL is a much better option, below.)   That said, it's about a 70% chance of having no issue.

International shipping by DHL: 

This is a great option.  It is more expensive but guaranteed and insured; shipping will take a week or less to most countries.  Since each destination country varies, we provide an introductory rate to start.  Once your order is placed, we will enter your address and package weight and confirm the cost before shipping.  

We will not mark it up; it will be what DHL charges us.

Note:  On all orders, if an incorrect address is entered and the package is lost, it is your responsibility.  If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to Choices, we will contact you to reship (additional shipping will apply) or a refund for the returned item (but not the original shipping fee.)  If you place an order for the wrong item, reorder the correct item, and send back the incorrect item.  Once received, you will get a refund for the faulty item.
