Shipping Policy
We know these gifts are meant to celebrate you and your loved ones — we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, at the best rate available.
Order Cutoff Times
- Standard orders: Placed before 2pm ship the same day, 99% of the time. (Occasional exceptions: out-of-stock items we can't reach you about, or custom bling coins that need to be made.)
- FedEx orders: Must be received by 1pm to ship same day. We hit this 95% of the time.
FedEx Weekend Notice
FedEx is closed on Sundays at our facility, so all Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day FedEx orders go out on Monday.
- Order on Sunday → it will not arrive Monday.
- Need it by Tuesday and ordering on Sunday? Choose Overnight shipping.

Shipping Options
USPS Standard (up to 11 oz)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days. Tracking included. Delivery can occasionally run longer — if you're cutting it close for an anniversary date, choose Priority or FedEx instead. For a lost package, contact USPS directly to file a claim.
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on location. USPS offers up to $50 for lost or damaged packages if they accept responsibility. For a lost package, contact USPS directly to file a claim.
FedEx (Express 3-Day, Express 2-Day, Overnight)
Our most reliable option, on a near-guaranteed schedule. Rare weather-related delays can occur and are not refundable, but this is uncommon. FedEx does not offer weekend delivery on these services — call us for a quote if you need it (availability varies by area).
International — USPS
Our international shipping option, with real tradeoffs: delivery is not guaranteed, tracking is limited once the package leaves the U.S., and transit time runs 4–8 weeks. About 70% of international USPS shipments arrive with no issue. For a lost package, contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Important Notes
- FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered and missed at checkout, the package will ship and be returned to us; we can't reimburse shipping in this case.
- Incorrect address, package lost: this is the customer's responsibility.
- Incorrect address, package returned to us: we'll reach out to either reship (additional shipping applies) or refund the item cost (original shipping is non-refundable).
- Ordered the wrong item? Reorder the correct item and send the incorrect one back to us. Once received, we'll refund the original item.
- Choices does not manage carrier logistics and makes no warranty on delivery times; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they're with USPS or FedEx. Insurance is available on request.
