Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. The return window begins on the delivery date for U.S. domestic shipments.

Items that can be returned: Medallions, jewelry, and gift items may be returned if they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned: Books, workbooks, greeting cards, gift cards, CDs, DVDs, personalized or custom-made items, and any item that is worn, damaged, or not in new / resellable condition.

How to start a return: Please call us at (212) 794-3858 or email info@choicesgifts.com to initiate a return. For in-store purchases, please bring in the original receipt.

Shipping costs: We do not refund the original shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not charge a restocking fee.
