I recently ordered 3 sobriety coins from Choices, my go-to place to get them. They were shipped expedited and FedEx delivered to the wrong address. However, Choices seems to have a policy of not taking any responsibility for losses once the package leaves them. Therefore I had to spend another $96 to repurchase the coins, of which the originals never arrived. This makes it very unlikely that I will purchase these online again from the store. If I went to Amazon (hate to give them my money) the mis-delivery would have been covered. Too bad that such a great local store which has served the recovery community for a long time has this policy. Other than that, when I went into the store the staff were helpful and friendly, just didn’t even offer any solution to the lost coins…but then again, the workers can’t make a decision like that, it’s ownership that makes those decisions.
