The Blue Silver AA Medallion sets a cool-toned blue enamel field against a band of silver, finished in 24kt gold plating, and is available across the full year 1 through 65 range.

The front carries "To Thine Own Self Be True," the anniversary year in Roman numerals, and "Unity, Service, Recovery." The Serenity Prayer is engraved on the back, and the AA circle-triangle emblem appears in 24k gold-plated brass on both faces, sealed under a glossy, durable coat.
