The Red Silver AA Medallion pairs a bright red enamel face with a silver border, finished in 24kt gold plating, and is sized for the full year 1 through 65 range.

The front carries "To Thine Own Self Be True," the anniversary year in Roman numerals, and "Unity, Service, Recovery," with the Serenity Prayer engraved on the back. Both faces display the AA emblem in 24k gold-plated brass, 34mm across, under a glossy epoxy finish.
