Complete Your Celebration
For a milestone that deserves something more substantial than a standard coin, the Sterling Silver AA Medallion (#AA111) is cast in solid .999 fine silver, a premium material chosen for its lasting quality and substantial feel. At 30mm wide and 2mm thick, it carries real weight in the hand, a keepsake built to be held onto rather than an everyday coin.
The front reads the well-known Twelve Step phrase "To Thine Own Self Be True," alongside the anniversary year and "Unity, Service, Recovery." The back carries the full Serenity Prayer, making this AA coin as much a keepsake to read and reflect on as it is a symbol to carry day to day.
This medallion is available in every year from 1 through 30, then in five-year increments from 35 up to 60, plus a blank version and a 24-hour coin for someone just starting out. The years in between those five-year marks are available too, but they're custom ordered and take five days to ship, so if you're working toward a specific date or a group celebration, it's worth planning a few extra days ahead.
At $99.95, this is our premium AA medallion, the kind of gift reserved for a milestone anniversary, a sponsor's long-service celebration, or a personal purchase to mark a year that means something real. It works just as well carried loose in a pocket as it does displayed in a plaque or worn on a medallion necklace; see our Medallion Accessories collection for display options built for this size.
For more silver, bronze, and bling designs across the AA year range, browse our full AA Medallions collection, or check AA Gifts for cards and keepsakes to pair with it. If you're shopping for fine jewelry pieces beyond medallions, our Jewelry collection has more options in the same spirit.
