I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing several medallions from Choice, and my most recent experience reaffirmed why I continue to shop with them. I accidentally placed the same order twice, and as soon as I realized the mistake, I reached out to Choice. Even though both shipments had already gone out, Choice gracefully refunded me and simply asked that I return the extra medallion once it was delivered.

That level of trust in their customers, and willingness to resolve the issue so promptly, is a true example of exceptional customer service. If you're considering purchasing medallions, I highly recommend buying from Choice.

Color combo, red on front black on back...

The NA medallion that I purchased is beautiful. The shop even called me to verify my address! Excellent customer service.

My sponsor is gifted the same medallion ( different year) because she already knows where I am going to order it.

Very nice Momento. I love this one to go alongside my official one year medallion.

Bought this to celebrate a friend's 40 year anniversary! Best prices and speedy shipping!

I have 4 black leather w/studs medallion holder/keytags which have clear plastic windows to showcase medallions. I keep 2 on my key chain and 2 on my work backpack: one for NA and one for AA. I like to carry the message - literally, lol - so this does the trick! ; )
~Every yr, I buy my new medallions and I like the bronze ones on my backpack as they go w/the rustic looking, brown leather backpack. I prefer the more eye-catching, colorful ones dangling from my hip via my jeans' belt loop. I have had many a good chat via people noticing my medallions and this is a beautiful thing!
~~This red one is gorgeous and red is my fave color. Red and black look stunning together, hence why I chose this one. They ship out rapidly, gift you w/lovely velvet pouch and the price is decent.
~~~Thanks Choices! I'm very grateful! Happy Holidays to all! =D
My friend loves it !!
I am very pleased with the coins that I have received from Choices. They are nice looking and quality Anniversary Coins. I have been purchasing coins for a couple decades and these are the best looking and reasonably priced. I will continue to purchase my NA Coins from Choices.
The web site does not work the best for using means like Amazon to pay for your order. I was told it is a third party and they are always working on it. Processing your order and shipping it are a gem. I was lucky a new shipment was just coming in. I wish there were more 2 tone colors to choose from. Have been dealing for years and will continue to do so.
Received coin quickly, Have purchased many recovery Medallions from Choices Great Service. Thank You Choices
I get my S/O a coin from Choices every year because I think she deserves more than the bronze we give her at the meetings. It is a lovely way to tell her I think she's special
Great company,I have gotten everything I have ordered and have received them on a timely manner
