I have gone to Al-Anon for over 17 years. The best place to be with an alcoholic husband or Wife. You learn to live your life one day at a time. I remember my first day I was dragged in by a friend that said we were going to a Bible study. Until we got to the door. I was in tears when a lady said come in your welcome. They said they want you to come 7 meeting. The best thing I ever did. You can’t change the Alcoholic but you can change how your life . Meet wonderful people. And no one knows your last name. We can could go to open AA a meeting if we want and it does good to hear why they our Alcoholics . Please go to one and get the books and live a wonderful life. I’m now a widow but he did divorce me several years before he died. GOD IS GREAT.
